My roommate,
susanbean, and I took a walk across the Williamsburg Bridge (btwn. Brooklyn and Manhattan) on Saturday, April 8. It was raining, and we scarcely saw anyone else on the entire bridge. We did see a girl running, and as we walked behind her, we realized she was accidentally leaving behind a trail of belongings. We followed an abandoned toothbrush, Fructis styling gel, a pad of Post-It notes, a pair of dirty socks, among other things--until we got to this great find. It was one of those small pads of paper that looks like a tiny composition book. It had fallen open and was getting soaked. It was falling apart. We picked it up and found this 2-page gem. It was the only thing written in the entire notepad. We rescued these pages and discarded the already-deteriorating notepad. (I was amazed that the ink wasn't running, because these pages were saturated!) We also discarded a Post-It note that seemed to have credit card information written on it.
susanbean and I dried them between paper towels once we got home.

Apparently, a lot of people owe this girl money! They all have very interesting names. And... pray tell, what about the Popular Club??
Enjoy!
